Auditory biological marker of concussion in children

Despite widespread scientific and public interest, no single test has been validated to reliably diagnose a concussion  This research from main author Nina Kruas suggests the answer may be in the auditory system.


Among the consequences of mild traumatic brain injuries (mTBI) such as concussions is a compromised ability to make sense of sound.
